Ann has been involved with alternative healing resources for many years. Her journey began as early as 1975 with Transcendental Meditation and yoga. Other modalities of study include Usui Reiki Master/Teacher (1997), Healing Touch, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Color/Light Therapy.
The introduction to energy work came about through her position as a registered dietitian in a hospital setting. It was when a patient in the physical rehabilitation unit experienced a "miraculous" recovery that the concept of energy healing came to light. The patient's family members introduced her to Reiki. From that day on, there was no looking back.
Ann feels the addition of Quantum-Touch has brought her energy work to a greatly intensified level.
